About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Strategist to join our New Product Marketing team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech.

As a Data Insights Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the product pipeline and providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. You will work closely with product managers, scientists, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks, and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics solutions to drive business decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business insights and analytics
  • Experience with financial tools and metrics such as P&L analysis, NPVs, ROI, IRR
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
