The Role

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Manager to join our Regulatory Overview & Assessments team. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing regulatory changes and ensuring that relevant areas within the Nordea Group are well-informed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring regulatory changes relevant to business areas or group functions
  • Conducting assessments of new or amended regulations on a Group-wide scale
  • Facilitating Regulatory Change Forum meetings for business areas and group functions
  • Participating in internal development initiatives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • Solid planning and organising competences
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Capability to work independently and proactively solve problems or propose solutions
  • Ability to foster a flexible and positive attitude toward change within the unit and value chain, facilitating smooth implementation

Background and Experience

We prefer candidates with a solid understanding of Nordea's organizational structure, robust knowledge about the legislative process, proficiency in comprehending regulatory requirements, professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish, and background in regulatory, risk, compliance-related matters, or relevant job experience.
