About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Scientist to join our Product Development team at Vectura Fertin Pharma. As a Sensory Scientist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and innovation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sensory expert panels to ensure high validity and quality of sensory tests.
  • Develop and maintain sensory panel competencies within specific areas of interest.
  • Prepare and label samples for testing, both internally and externally.
  • Plan, set up, and facilitate sensory evaluations with trained panels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data collection in connection with sensory panel training.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sensory methodologies and align with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other sensory scientists on statistical analysis and reporting of findings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Behavioral Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial applied sensory analysis and basic statistical knowledge.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using sensory software and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
