Roberta's Society is designed for individuals who crave a lively, cozy, and cool hotel atmosphere with a strong sense of community. This innovative brand targets guests between 18 and 50 years old, aiming to accommodate both business and leisure travelers, as well as students who may stay for an extended period.

Sous Chef

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview
  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager as their second-in-command.
  2. Collaborate in menu planning and brainstorming ideas.
  3. Supervise food preparation and service, focusing on dinner hours.
  4. Maintain a positive and relaxed team dynamic.
  5. Monitor portion control and plating quality.
  6. Participate in daily ordering and stock management.
  7. Contribute to waste food management and hygiene protocols.
Required Education & Experience

Professional Chef educationWork experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar establishments.

Working Conditions
  1. Lifting and moving objects up to 20-30kg.
  2. Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  3. Working indoors in air-conditioned kitchens.
  4. Potential exposure to loud noises.
