Key Responsibilities

The Global Director for Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) at Novo Nordisk A/S will be responsible for leading the development of strategies, plans, and tactics within the HEOR domain. This includes:

  • Developing HE models, economic evaluation, budget impact studies, quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC).
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Research & Development, Medical, biostats, Commercial, and more.
  • Working closely with the Market Access and Pricing team to align on priorities and strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • A good understanding of Indirect Therapeutic Comparison (ITC) methods and analysis.
  • Proven experience in building and managing complex matrices in a professional setting.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
