We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Global Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Arla's global strategy by leading and managing international business development projects.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company like Arla.
You will possess a structured approach to problem-solving and strong English communication skills. Additionally, you will have experience from bigger business development projects where you have managed to lead a transformation of a business unit or similar.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as BD & Strategy responsible for International.
- Building and leading high-performing teams.
- Securing clear scoping and stakeholder management.
- Driving important INT and market BD/strategy projects end-to-end.
