About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team at BCG Platinion. As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work with our clients to develop superior, business value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in ERP/CRM/SCM projects along the entire supply chain, from requirements analysis to solution design, implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
  • Design and define specific ERP/CRM/SCM solutions along the value chain of our clients and the required functional modules.
  • Introduce best practices in the evaluation, specification, and implementation of user requirements, particularly to reduce one-off and maintenance costs.
  • Manage technical implementation and migration projects or in specific domains.
  • Manage requirements within the scope of enterprise solutions projects, including specialist concept workshops with business process managers.
  • Control and prototype customizing of ERP/CRM/SCM solutions.
  • Support the sale of large Enterprise Solutions projects by providing technical and methodological expertise.
  • Develop the content of enterprise solutions topics at BCG Platinion, such as through participation in conferences, creation of a training catalog, or technical articles.

Requirements

  • An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects.
  • Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes relevant in the enterprise solutions context (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire, etc.).
  • General knowledge of a wider portfolio of industry-specific solutions, solution add-ons, and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Fluent in one Nordic language and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong client and result orientation.
  • Team spirit, communication, and presentation skills, as well as intellectual agility.
  • Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal.
