About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Monitoring Solutions: Architect and deploy monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and alerting systems to ensure reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to address bottlenecks and enhance system reliability.
  • Collaborate and Strategize: Work with cross-functional teams to define monitoring strategies and provide IT input on new business initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Promote Best Practices: Implement log management, metrics collection, and distributed tracing while staying updated on emerging technologies and DevOps trends.
  • Mentor and Document: Guide the core architecture team on best practices and maintain key infrastructure architecture artifacts.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 6 years in Systems or Cloud Architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (AWS and Azure).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Security Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure Security components, including Security Center, Operations, Microsoft Defender, and Solution Architect.
  • Development and Deployment: Strong understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies, micro-service topologies, API strategies, and full system lifecycles.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience leading architecture projects and working effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
