Senior Associate - Client Relationship Management & Business Development

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is a leading global renewable energy fund manager seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join their Client Relationship Management team in Copenhagen.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's fundraising strategies across regions and ensuring high-quality client service for investors.
  • You will work closely with the Investor Relations Team to plan, coordinate, and execute investor meetings, roadshows, and events globally.
  • Responsibilities include managing engagement and travel plans, overseeing investor onboarding, and handling ongoing inquiries from existing investors.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience working with CRM systems.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international organization with a clear vision for driving the green transition of the energy sector.

About You:

  • A relevant degree within Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in a client-facing business, preferably in a financial institution or Private Markets.
  • Strong client skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and solid project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A professional, service-minded attitude, and a motivation to work in a fast-paced international environment.
