Programmatic Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Programmatic team and drive the growth of our programmatic offerings across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and execute a clear and ambitious strategy for GroupM's programmatic business.
- Manage a leadership group comprising Team Leads and Practice Leads, ensuring effective collaboration and employee satisfaction.
- Support the professional and personal development of team members, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Hold full commercial and operational responsibility for programmatic campaigns, ensuring effective execution and delivery on financial targets.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Drive the integration of Nexus and our agencies to deliver brilliant work for our clients.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and programmatic buying.
- Visionary and strategic thinking, paired with strong implementation skills.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly in managing relationships across multiple agencies.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a large team, and to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
- Operational management experience, including project planning and execution, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
