End-to-End Planning Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled End-to-End Planning Manager to join our team at Flügger Group A/S. As a leader in the paint industry, we prioritize sustainable production, products & packaging, and ambitious growth and optimization targets. Our new strategy, Flügger Organic, emphasizes digitalization and process optimization, making this role a great fit for an experienced planner.

In this role, you will oversee the entire supply chain, from demand planning to inventory management. Your expertise in life cycle management, commercial understanding, and analytical skills will enable you to optimize our processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with our commercial team to understand sales demand plans and connect volume planning to financial plans.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end collaborative demand planning process
• Collaborating with the commercial department to understand sales demand plans
• Connecting volume planning to financial plans
• Managing life cycle planning across dedicated portfolios, including seasonal planning
• Updating stock levels for both finished goods and raw materials
• Supporting the design, development, and implementation of planning process improvements
