At Flügger, we are on a mission to make the world colorful. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Optimizer to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth and success.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our end-to-end collaborative demand planning process. This involves working closely with commercial teams to understand sales demand plans and connecting volume planning to financial plans. You will also manage life cycle planning across dedicated portfolios, including seasonal planning, and update stock levels for finished goods and raw materials.

In addition, you will support the design, development, and implementation of planning process improvements. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent planning skills, work independently, and have a structured and proactive approach to your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in demand and supply planning in a production company
  • Stakeholder management in an international environment
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or similar
  • Commercial understanding and ability to structure complex operational issues
  • Strong Excel capabilities and analytical skills
