We are recruiting a Research Scientist for Green Transition to join our team at DTU. As a PhD candidate, you will be working on sustainable maritime logistics, focusing on Sustainable Fleet Planning in Green Transition under Uncertainty.

Our team is part of the DTU Department for Technology, Management and Economics (DTU Management) and Maritime DTU, situated at the heart of DTU's mission to develop and create value for society.

The role involves conducting research, modelling, and experiments, preparing scientific papers, discussing collaborations, contributing to academic activities, and assisting in teaching and co-supervision of BSc and MSc students.

You will be working in a talented and ambitious team, surrounded by experts in engineering, computer science, and economics. Your excellent academic results, analytical skills, and experience with programming languages like MATLAB, Python, and CLPEX will be valuable assets in this position.

The PhD scholarship provides a highly competitive salary, allowing you to focus on your research project. Department duty work (teaching) amounts to 420 hours (equivalent to three months of work in total over the three years), giving you ample time to concentrate on your research.
