We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our global communication strategy and building a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our target audience of tech-savvy startups and investors, as well as global consultant talents.
- Craft compelling content and a strong visual profile for our brand, highlighting our innovative approach to the consulting and venture capital industries.
- Analyse social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and drive real impact, informing our communication strategies and tactics.
- Build and implement a robust internal communication roadmap to keep our colleagues and leaders across Maersk informed and engaged.
- Assist our colleagues across the two teams with communication-related tasks, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Collaborate with our MMC marketing and recruitment teams to orchestrate and execute local events, showcasing our brand and expertise.
Requirements:
- Passionate communicator with a knack for social media and knowledge of current communication trends and best practices.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights into actionable communication strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
