Arla Foods is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the transformation of our HR payroll system. As part of our digital transformation, you will oversee the end-to-end migration process of our HR program from SAP EEC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Employee Center Time.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and quality standards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure a successful migration

Requirements
- Masters's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management
