Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager Nordics to join our team at Triumph International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of our Nordic operations, ensuring the company's financial interests are protected and its values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the Nordic region, ensuring alignment with the company's overall financial objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the Nordic region, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Control: Oversee the financial management of the Nordic region, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the Nordic region, ensuring the company's financial interests are protected.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of financial leadership and management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
