We are seeking a part-time student with analytical and finance skills to join our team as a Finance Assistant. In this role, you will support the Finance and HR department in managing day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Finance and HR department in managing financial and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high-quality financial operations.
  • Assisting in other finance and administration tasks as required.
  • Managing payroll processes.
  • Reporting on public grants.
  • Supporting grant writing from a finance perspective.
  • Documenting key finance processes.
Requirements
  • Current university student studying international business, finance, or similar.
  • Excellent numeracy skills with a general holistic business understanding.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and able to turn vast amounts of data into easily understandable findings.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to maintain structure in daily work.
  • Proactive personality.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
