Om Bonzer

Bonzer er et specialiseret SEO (Search Engine Optimization) bureau, der brænder for at hjælpe virksomheder med at styrke deres online tilstedeværelse og synlighed. Derfor fokuserer vi på at skræddersy stærke, organiske strategier og SEO-løsninger, der er tilpasset kundernes behov, mål og ambitioner.

Hos Bonzer understøtter vi vores kunders forretnings- og marketingmål gennem dybdegående analyser, strategiske roadmaps og effektive SEO-sprints. Vi vægter tætte, ærlige og transparente relationer – både eksternt med vores kunder og internt i vores organisation. Bonzer består af omkring 45 passionerede medarbejdere fordelt på kontorer i København, Stockholm, og Oslo.

Rollen

Rollen er en deltidsstilling på omkring 20 timer om ugen. Som Finance Assistant vil du håndtere økonomifunktioner for at sikre nøjagtige og aktuelle finansielle data. Dine primære opgaver omfatter daglig bogføring, løbende fakturering samt deltagelse i måneds- og årsafslutninger, herunder løbende afstemningsprocedurer. Derudover vil du indgå i projekter som budgetudvikling og finansiel analyse, der bidrager til støtte af virksomhedens strategiske beslutninger. Som en del af finans-teamet vil du udover ansvar for daglige finansopgaver som bogføring, momsbehandling og afstemninger, også få mulighed for at optimere vores økonomiske processer i samarbejde med vores CFO.

Dine Primære Ansvarsområder

  • Udførelse af daglig bogføring for vores tre selskaber i Danmark, Norge og Sverige.
  • Udførelse af månedlige afstemninger af balancekonti.
  • Deltage i månedlig rapportering.
  • Håndtering af moms og forberedelse af momsafstemninger.
  • Assistere med udarbejdelse af budgetter og materiale til bestyrelsen.
  • Fakturering og opfølgning på debitorer.
  • Assistance med udbetalinger og kreditorstyring.
  • Vedligeholdelse og opdatering af data i vores regnskabssystemer.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi leder efter en detaljeorienteret Finance Assistant, som er i gang med en relevant økonomisk uddannelse eller har en kontoruddannelse med speciale i økonomi. Du skal have praktisk erfaring med bogføring, håndtering af moms og afstemningsprocedurer. Det vil være et plus, hvis du har erfaring med e-conomic og Excel.
