Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Leader to spearhead the establishment of a robust financial business function. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CFO and management team to drive various financial aspects such as analysis, budgeting, reporting, planning, collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulations and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Play a crucial role in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Facilitate internal financial reporting and performance management using BI tools.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather financial data and insights.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with a master's degree/MBA considered advantageous. They bring extensive experience in BI tools, proven financial analysis skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. The candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and excels in collaborative teamwork.
