Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the successful development and operation of wind and solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide contractual support as a consultant to K2 Management A/S clients, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and evaluating contract risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless contract management and minimize potential disputes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in contract management to maintain the company's competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the renewable industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation, administration, change and claims management, and dispute resolution for contracts based upon FIDIC, BIMCO, LOGIC or similar forms of contract.
- Ability to work across functions within international teams.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
