In this newly established role, you'll report directly to the VP for Defence Services and collaborate with hiring managers and People & Culture to ensure timely and effective recruitment. You'll also develop comprehensive onboarding plans, oversee tasks across the organisation, and drive the uplift of skills and knowledge across our Defence Services organisation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and P&C to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date onboarding plans for new colleagues, ensuring seamless integration into our teams.
  • Collaborate with P&C to develop competence and training plans, driving the uplift of skills and knowledge across our Defence Services organisation.
  • Oversee and coordinate tasks across the organisation based on business criticality, ensuring efficient mobility between teams and locations.

We're seeking an experienced recruitment leader with commercial acumen, a drive for continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder management skills. You should have a deep understanding of how talent drives business success and be able to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
