Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Distribution team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of deliveries to production sites, affiliates, and external customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring efficient delivery execution in close collaboration with 4PL and internal stakeholders, including monitoring automated shipping processes.
- Collaborating closely with 4PL and warehouse regarding urgent shipment planning and execution.
- Proactively resolving potential issues in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and colleagues, always trying to find root cause and prevent reoccurrence of the issue.
- Continuously aligning and collaborating with 4PL and other internal or external stakeholders to improve processes.
- Generating shipping documents and other necessary documentation.
You will work closely with our Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) partner to ensure seamless execution of deliveries. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global distribution operations and make a real impact on our business.
