About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Costing Specialist to join our Finance & Administration team at BITZER Electronics A/S. As a key liaison between finance and cross-functional teams, you will provide critical insights that drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take ownership of the master data and product costing within our SAP system.
  2. Support the business in product costing and conduct variance and deviation analyses to support financial planning and performance tracking.
  3. Engage in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, including statutory and tax reporting, while maintaining robust transfer pricing documentation.
  4. Develop and refine financial control systems and reporting mechanisms, providing critical commentary and explanations of financial results.
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to align financial strategies and operational goals.
Requirements:

We are looking for a colleague with a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent. Your experience and proven track record in production, preferably in the electronics sector, with a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes related to S&OP and product costing are essential.

You should be proficient in SAP R3/4HANA, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools. Your analytical mindset, capable of managing complex data and processes, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights, are also required.
