Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in helping Maturix grow and succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

You will identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling, while supporting internal sales efforts to drive adoption and usage of Maturix solutions.

Utilizing CRM systems, you will manage and track customer relationships, pipeline stages, and sales activities. Driving pipeline-based sales efforts, you will ensure consistent follow-ups and progress tracking.

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, you will execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and adoption. Ensuring customers understand and utilize the full potential of our hardware and software solutions, you will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
