At Danfoss A/S, we are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Leader to join our team in Kolding. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams in an agile environment and overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead projects integrating mechanics, electronics, software, and mobile apps. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive the project forward.

  • Lead your projects in an agile way to ensure efficient working processes, fast decision-making, continuous retrospective learnings, and meet Time to Market objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead projects from NPD projects (Development) to PMI activities (Maintenance) with a full Value Chain perspective, ensuring quality and deliverables within agreed deadlines.
  • Develop effective communication strategies towards key stakeholders.
  • Motivate and lead the project team of colleagues, ensuring high performance through Indirect and Situational leadership.
  • Create and manage project plans, follow up and coordinate activities within the project team.
About You

We are looking for someone with several years of Project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment. You should have solid Value Chain knowledge across supply chain, procurement, RD&E & Product Management.

  • You have experience in Project process, Project quality, continuous improvement, and optimization.
  • You can motivate the team and lead the way forward in a changing environment.
  • You are an excellent collaborator with strong communication skills and passionate about working with cross-functional colleagues.
  • You are resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks in collaboration with the team and look for different ways to achieve the objectives.
  • You have experience working in an agile environment with continuous learning and adjusting to meet project objectives.
  • You have an interest in and experience with business acumen, enabling close collaboration with our Product Owners to ensure we maintain an outside-in perspective.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably within electronics and software or equivalent. We also expect that you have at least 4+ years of experience from a similar position or as a people manager.

The ideal candidate will communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking.
