Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Aalborg, Denmark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to lead a production team and contribute to the success of our company.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Transport Department, including personnel management and resource allocation. They will also be expected to implement a data-driven approach to operations, analyzing activities to optimize resources and ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures. Additionally, they will develop and implement well-being initiatives for the department's employees, promoting a positive work culture and maintaining employee engagement.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and an understanding of the importance of leading change. They should also be able to create enthusiasm and curiosity among their employees, valuing job satisfaction highly.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Transport Department, including personnel management and resource allocation.
- Implement a data-driven approach to operations, analyzing activities to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement well-being initiatives for the department's employees.
- A relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain, or similar.
- Documented experience in managing transport, logistics, or production.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action plans.
- An understanding of safety procedures and protocols in industrial environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
