We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC). As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and driving a user-centric approach to enhancing our services. This approach will cater to all users of Nordic RCC services—internal teams, TSO operators, external stakeholders, and society at large.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, operations management, or a similar field. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kaizen, Lean, Design Thinking, or Project Management methodologies is required. Strong facilitation and engagement skills are essential. Open-minded, team-oriented, and taking responsibility are key qualities for this role. Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Experience in the energy sector is an advantage but not a requirement. Rather, experience with user involvement is preferred.
You will work closely with the Head of Service Development to shape and refine the role. You'll have a significant impact on shaping this role and its scope. The Continuous Improvement Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the alignment of company priorities with the service improvement pipeline.
