The Role

The Global Employer Branding Lead will be responsible for creating and executing a global employer branding strategy that effectively communicates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract external talent and engage employees globally.

This role will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistency and compellingness across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy based on EVP positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice.
  • Establish structure and governance for collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and a consistent employer brand message.
  • Manage external employer branding agency in content development and distribution, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Build strong employee advocacy and monitor employer branding metrics to measure initiative effectiveness.
  • Adapt global strategy to local markets, considering cultural differences and preferences.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in employer branding and incorporate them into strategy.

You are a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields. You have a proven track record of developing innovative strategies that resonate both internally and externally.

Your strong project management skills, coupled with analytical abilities and effective communication, enable seamless execution and data-driven decision-making.
