The Managing Consultant (MC) role is a prestigious position within PA Consulting, with MCs typically acting as business development and team leaders. MCs play a crucial role in the leadership team and are integral to our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients in the financial services domain to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and oversee implementation.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance to senior executives on various matters, including digital transformation, operational optimization, and risk management.
  • Lead project teams to deliver exceptional solutions that align with client objectives and generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee strategic accounts as the primary contact.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in Financial Services, including:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in economics, engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, specifically within the financial services sector.
  • Alternatively, candidates may have a combination of advisory experience and an internal managerial role at a significant client or corporate finance organization.
  • A proven history of successfully delivering projects in strategy development, process enhancement, and technology deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Documented sales experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
