We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage payment schedules, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of transactions, including invoices and payment records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and address any discrepancies that may arise.
Requirements:
- A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing financial transactions.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
