About the Role

The position is based in Denmark and is a key part of our team at Novo Nordisk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinical trial teams, utilizing your broad experience in supportive roles and knowledge of IT systems.
  • Manage Trial Master File systems and maintain high levels of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging your excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of structure and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
