We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our investment team in Copenhagen. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in private equity real estate investing and contribute to the growth of our platform.
As a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst at UniUni ApS, you will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, creating business plans, and analyzing financial data. Your strong technical skills, including financial modeling and problem-solving, will enable you to provide high-quality decision-making materials to our investment committee.
With a solid understanding of private equity investing and real estate markets, you will be able to support our investment team throughout the transaction process. Your analytical approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to learn quickly will make you an asset to our team.
The position offers an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. The workload is approximately 20 hours per week, allowing for flexibility to accommodate your academic commitments.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong interest in private equity investing and real estate, as well as fluency in written and verbal English. A BSc programme student with a second or third year standing is preferred.
