As part of a talented team of 4 members, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable student and co-living experiences in Denmark.
Purpose of the Role:
The Real Estate Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nido Bryggen, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence, prioritizing resident needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage leasing and administrative operations for short- and long-term residential apartments, maintaining a consistent occupancy level of 98%.
- Lead the leasing operations at Nido Bryggen, ensuring seamless and professional processes for prospective and existing residents.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth, achieving minimum targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, improve occupancy rates, and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct property viewings, maintain follow-up communication, and manage inquiries to maximize leasing potential.
- Assist with marketing vacant units and track performance to ensure occupancy targets are met.
- Address resident concerns professionally, enforcing compliance with residence policies.
- Maintain and update property management systems to reflect current availability and pricing.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance:
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to, and agreements and contracts comply with legal standards.
- Implement and oversee monitoring systems to track lead and sales conversions, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Financial Management:
- Oversee rent collection, manage arrears, and reconcile accounts on time.
- Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing cost management strategies related to sales and leasing.
- Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives to boost profitability and operational efficiency.

- Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships to enhance sales performance.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools to track and analyze sales data.
