About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to fill PhD scholarships within the Department of Political Science and Public Management at Syddansk Universitet (SDU). As a PhD student, you will be part of an exciting research environment, collaborating with renowned scholars in the field.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting original research under the supervision of a senior academic. Your project proposal should align with the department's research profile, focusing on areas such as AI, management and leadership, and/or Danish politics.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting independent research and contributing to the department's research profile
  • Developing and maintaining a strong research network, both nationally and internationally
  • Participating in conferences, workshops, and seminars to present your work and engage with peers
  • Prioritizing teaching and supervision duties, including participating in undergraduate courses and mentoring students
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have a high academic level, demonstrated by a master's degree or equivalent. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
