About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our product team at Danfoss. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable backend systems that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality backend systems that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet customer needs.
- Ensure that our product meets the highest standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- Work closely with our users to gather feedback and iterate on our product to make it even better.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a NodeJS backend developer with expertise in TypeScript.
- Experience in designing robust APIs and working with relational databases.
- Proficient in message queues such as Kafka and able to write clean, modular, and testable code.
- Ability to write test automation (unit, integration, end-to-end, contract tests).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Open Telemetry, gRPC, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Java or Go is a plus.
