Rapha Clubhouse Ambassador

The Rapha Clubhouse Assistant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our luxury retail environment.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their visit.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of Rapha products and services, and making recommendations to customers.
• Provide expert knowledge of Rapha products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of Clubhouse Rides and Events, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.
• Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising and House-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Passion for delivering legendary customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work a mixture of morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of the Rapha brand, with a passion for cycling and a desire to share that passion with customers.
