This role involves developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, handling day-to-day website operations, and collaborating with the SEO, Product, and Design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website performance
- Handle day-to-day website operations, including content editing and uploading
- Monitor high-performing and underperforming pages and create strategies to improve them
- Collaborate with the SEO, Product, and Design teams to enhance localisation and personalisation features
- Provide detailed reports on website and content performance and lead monthly market meetings
- Stay up to date with trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure we remain competitive and compliant
- Lead training sessions to share insights and best practices
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience as a site or content manager in the iGaming industry
- Experience managing content across multiple content management systems
- Proven experience in planning, researching, writing, and editing user-centric, SEO-optimised content designed to drive conversion
- Ability to analyse past performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- An obsessive curiosity about digital marketing trends and user behaviour
