The Role: Site Manager

We seek an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our contracted site and ensure proper service delivery and reliable 24/7 operations. This includes top service performance from a quality, health and safety, and financial perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functionally manage maintenance activities on-site as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Monitor maintenance management strategies to align with client objectives, prioritizing business continuity.
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for SLAs across the site/accounts, adhering to legislation and industry best practices.
  • Ensure site staff are competent and effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain healthy and safe working conditions, effectively implementing company health and safety policies and processes across teams and subcontractors.
  • Establish control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
  • Foster customer-centricity in operational activities, maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
  • Promote effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications as needed.

Requirements:

Proven track record in senior or executive management roles with responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.

Previous experience in Facility Management, Building Services, Maintenance Management, or Project Management.

Effective communication and influencing skills, capable of connecting with employees, clients, and management.

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, understanding financial metrics.

Fluent English language skills; additional knowledge of Danish language desirable.
