">- Developing and executing strategic programs from inception to completion;
- Safeguarding projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet desired outcomes;
- Establishing and enforcing program strategies aligned with the firm's objectives;
- Advocating for Plesner's project methods, tools, and management systems as a trusted ambassador;
- Nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Conducting risk assessments and managing risks associated with program activities;
- Identifying and implementing improvements to program and project management processes;

- Preparing and submitting regular reports on program progress and results to senior management;
About You
">- You hold a relevant degree in management, business administration, or a similar field;
- You possess at least four years of experience in management consulting or a related role with a focus on program and project management;
- You exhibit strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- You have experience working with strategic initiatives and change management;
- You employ a systematic, structured, and analytical approach to your work, with attention to detail;
- You are proactive, identifying and implementing improvements wherever possible;
- You are goal-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality results;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English;
- You possess natural informality as a manager, energized by working with people.
