About the Role

This Senior Cloud Solution Architect role focuses on application development, containers, DevOps, microservices, cloud-native solutions, serverless architectures, low-code platforms, and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite/Remote Delivery: Deliver technical solutions both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Azure services.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects, and build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for application development, containers, DevOps, microservices, cloud-native solutions, serverless architectures, low-code platforms, and AI.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision-makers and senior executives to drive long-term cloud adoption and advocate for Azure solutions.
  • Solution Design: Architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, ensuring high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Drive innovation by infusing key technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and AI services (e.g., Azure ML, Cognitive Services).
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights and best practices with the Engineering team to remove key blockers and improve the Azure platform.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitive insights.
  • Evangelism: Be an Azure Platform evangelist, promoting Azure solutions to customers, partners, and external communities.
