We are seeking a passionate Associate Project Director to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global, commercial footprint across Europe, US and international markets by leading supply chain projects including product launches as well as packaging and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Supply track of commercial launch projects as well as other supply chain projects
  • Participate in executing the strategic Global Packaging and Delivery Program
  • Lead improvement initiatives to enable fast and robust launch execution

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree and ideally 10+ years of experience within supply chain management.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex, cross functional projects
  • Extensive supply chain management experience, specifically packaging, warehousing and distribution
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and good understanding of regulatory requirements such as GMP, GDP and FMD

Key Competencies:

You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
