Global Quality Assurance Manager

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our global operations, with a focus on Fill & Finish production Expansions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, project management, and teamwork, and who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $125,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and aligning with stakeholders' dependencies, change control, and execution of standards. You will also identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including IT/OT specialists, engineers, the process group, and the site expansion lead.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & Computer, Information & Communication Technology, or similar. You will also need to have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with the GMP environment, as well as excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
