We are seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing QA Expert to join our team in Global Contract Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our contract manufacturers meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems: Ensure that all contract manufacturers develop and implement quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all contract manufacturers comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as contract manufacturers and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement training programs: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand quality procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
- A minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
