The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience, strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and fluency in English. They will be adept at conveying project updates, setting expectations, and tracking progress. Furthermore, they will excel in adapting to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines.

The successful candidate will build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, especially within Novo Nordisk and at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), to encourage collaboration and trust. They will also utilize a portfolio management system that supports governance, project execution, and reporting.
