The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and organizational development, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, creating communication plans, and providing support and guidance during the implementation of change initiatives.
