About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers seamlessly integrate and leverage our SaaS solution to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing expert support and guidance to maximize their platform effectiveness.

You will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions that enhance profitability and efficiency for our customers. A passion for business optimization, IT systems, finance, and knowledge sharing is essential for this role.

The main objectives of this position are:

  • To onboard new customers to TimeLog PSA, empowering them to understand the system's capabilities and evolve their business with its help;
  • To serve as a project manager for implementation processes, ensuring customers navigate different phases and utilize TimeLog PSA as intended;
  • To continually improve existing customers' use of TimeLog PSA;
  • To offer advisory services and challenge new and existing customers on optimizing business processes;
  • To provide calm and steady guidance during changes within their company within our line of business;
  • To assist with change management alongside customers when introducing new business processes in TimeLog PSA;
  • To help customers achieve their goals by leveraging TimeLog PSA effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales consultants on larger sales deals and facilitate a smooth handover process for new customers requiring implementation;
  • Deliver high-quality training to TimeLog representatives and end-users;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of general finance, KPIs, and financial processes to engage in discussions with CFOs;
  • Facilitate workshops with project groups to discuss and refine business processes;
  • Contribute to customers' success by implementing TimeLog PSA effectively;
  • Ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success after completing the implementation;
  • Offer ad-hoc consultancy to existing customers looking to enhance their use of TimeLog PSA or modify internal processes;
  • Maintain and improve internal processes related to customer implementation, guaranteeing consistency and quality across all customers;
  • Create materials for training sessions and sometimes for customers to utilize internally;
  • Provide valuable feedback from the field to the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native fluency in English; mastery of Danish language and negotiation-level proficiency in both writing and speech; having Swedish or German language skills is an advantage;
  • Deep financial understanding, including KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, and salary management;
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
  • Experience in C-level relations and building strong client relationships;
  • Understanding customers' business logic and dynamics;
  • 2-3+ years of experience in maintaining and growing client relationships;
  • Confidence in hosting web meetings and workshops;
  • Project Management skills and consulting experience.
