Client Engagement Consultant

As a Client Engagement Consultant at TimeLog, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the support and expertise needed to leverage our platform effectively. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency for our customers.
You have to love business optimisation, IT systems, finance, and teaching others in these areas.
The main objective of this role:
- Onboard new customers to TimeLog PSA – make them understand how it works and how to evolve their business with the system;
- Be a project manager for the implementation processes to ensure the customer goes through the different phases and starts using TimeLog PSA as intended;
- Evolve existing customers in their use of TimeLog PSA;
- Advise and challenge new and existing customers on which processes could benefit their business;
- Be the calm and steady guidance through changes in their company within our line of business;
- Help with change management together with the customers when introducing new business processes in TimeLog PSA;
- Help the customer achieve the goal of why they purchased TimeLog PSA.
- Collaborate with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals and a handover process for new customers that need implementation;
- Provide high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users;
- Understand or have the willingness to learn general finance, KPIs, and financial processes at a level to discuss this with CFOs;
- Facilitate workshops with project groups and discuss their business processes;
- Help our customers reach their goals with the implementation of TimeLog PSA;
- Ensure a good handover to Customer Success after finishing the implementation;
- Provide ad-hoc consultancy with existing customers when they want to use TimeLog PSA more or are changing internal processes;
- Keep developing the internal processes around implementing customers, so we are aligned and provide the same quality to all customers;
- Create materials for the training and sometimes for the customer to use internally;
- Provide feedback from the field to the organization.
- Native Danish language and proficient in English at the negotiation level in both writing and speech; it will be an advantage if you also master Swedish or German;
- Financial understanding (KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, salary management);
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
- Experience in C-level relations;
- Understanding of the customers' business logic;
- 2-3+ years’ experience maintaining client relationships;
- Experience and confidence in hosting web meetings/workshops;
- Project management skills and consulting experience.

- You have experience with the implementation of SaaS solutions;
- You can put challenges into perspective and suggest solutions;
- You do not mind challenging the status quo both internally and with customers so that they can evolve their business.
