You will design and synthesize macrocycle projects, establish workflows, and drive cross-functional collaborations.

Design and develop in vitro / ex vivo assays to evaluate the function and potency of potential drug candidates.
Collaborate with experts to plan and conduct assays in primary cells and cell lines, analyzing cellular responses using various techniques.
Implement new technologies, assay platforms, and experimental methods to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:

Ph.D. in biology, biomedicine, or a related field, with at least 5 years of industry experience in Pharma/Biotech.
Expertise in mammalian cell culture, including primary immune cells and PBMCs.
