We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to join our Foundational Service Team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to drive business forward and make a significant impact in the Trading platform.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the Trading and IT organisation, implementing, configuring and maintaining 3rd party Trading applications and infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take ownership of 3rd party trading applications / clients
  • Provide expert support to Traders on our trading floor
  • Oversee work delegation to our Indian team
  • Ensure IT compliance through design documents, general documentation and changes

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelor, Candidate or Diploma degree in IT)
  • Windows expertise, particularly with our trading client running on windows workstations
  • Network protocols (e.g. TCP) and tools knowledge
  • Firewall, router or switch configuration experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Scrum Master skills

What We Offer:

Nordea Bank offers a competitive salary between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, as well as opportunities for personal development and career growth in a fast-paced, agile environment.
