Brand Strategy Director

Pandora A/S is seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Director to drive the growth and success of our business on a global scale. As an Interim Brand Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
About the Role- This role involves conducting market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant insights for the Brand strategy.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Design, to ensure successful implementation and alignment with specific owned domains.
- Your primary responsibility will be to foster trusted relationships with stakeholders, integrate their insights into the strategy development process, and communicate the Brand strategy in a compelling manner.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights (CI) and the Marketing team to conduct market analysis and identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape relevant to the Brand strategy.
- Perform competitor research to gain insights into competitor activities, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Utilize market and competitive intelligence to inform and refine the Brand strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Brand strategies aligned with our overall business objectives in close collaboration with the Marketing team and wider stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the GBU and DBU team and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation with respect for their specific owned domains.
- Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders, integrating their insights into the strategy development process.
- Communicate the Brand strategy in a compelling manner, emphasizing its benefits and aligning it with broader brand goals.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive buy-in, belief, and alignment to the Brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic brand campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications supporting the Brand strategy.
- Define objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for brand campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications.
- Ensure alignment and integration of strategic brand campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications with the overall Brand strategy and business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of Brand strategies.
- Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
- Regularly communicate updates on strategy implementation and achievements, fostering a sense of shared success.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- E2E experience in marketing, strategic planning, business development, or related roles, with a focus on brand building.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategies that achieved buy-in, belief, and alignment from cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
- Strong ability to be agile and adaptable as well as navigate through change and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
